What does a Business Central consultant cost in Denmark?

When we checked the list prices at Danish Business Central partners in July 2026, the hourly rate was DKK 1,400-1,600 excl. VAT. These are list prices, and the price you actually get may differ by agreement and volume. But the hourly rate is only part of the sum. Also ask who does the work, whether there is a minimum charge, how fast you get a reply, and whether the task can be given a fixed price, so you do not have to guess the hours. We are a party to the matter, so read our figures with that in mind: with us, support costs DKK 395/h for subscribers and DKK 495/h for others, phone support DKK 995/h, and the subscription DKK 149 per user per month. How our price can be kept

The consultants work with AI tools, so routine tasks take less time. They cover the Danish working day, and round-the-clock cover is not part of the price. They are employed by us, and every customer gets a data processing agreement.

We are a new house with no customer stories. Keep that in mind when you compare.

Questions you can ask any partner

What is the hourly rate excl. VAT, and is it different for support and development?
Is there a minimum charge per case or per started time interval?
Who does the work, and are they employed by you?
What is the response time, and is it in the agreement?
Can the task get a fixed price?
Is there a commitment, and what is the notice period?
Do we get a data processing agreement?

When does a subscription pay off?

With us, the support subscription costs DKK 149 per user per month and lowers the hourly rate from DKK 495 to DKK 395. It pays off when you use more than about 1.5 support hours per subscribed user per month. If you use less, DKK 495/h without a subscription is cheaper.
